We are proud to partner with The Wetlands Conservancy for their biggest event of the year, Wetlands and Wellies 2017, an annual outdoor feast that celebrates and supports the important role Oregon wetlands play in collecting, storing and cleaning our water. It's a beautiful event that kicks off with free guided wetland tours, from bike tours to bird walks, and then leads into a benefit meal composed of small plates, Oregon wines, beers, and spirits.
In this season of raging wild fires, we are committed to supporting these life-giving habitats. We'll be preparing noodles in a Korean bibim guksu sauce (tangy, deep) alongside other great local chefs. Come join us to mingle with the people who grow, produce and prepare the evening’s fare. This is a unique event and great cause.
