“We will have small, local farmers with their winter fruits and veggies, food artisans with locally made goods, hot food vendors with ready to take home meals and ranchers with grass and pasture fed meats.” Umi will be selling our noodles and sauces for you to take home and cook.  And new this year, we’ll also be making hot yakisoba onsite, fresh off the griddle, with local market veggies and Ota fried tofu.
