Organic Fresh Ramen Noodles

Similar to Hawaiian saimin noodles: wonderfully bouncy, squiggly, chewy ramen noodles with a natural brown hue. Our noodles are delivered frozen and must be slacked and portioned on site before cooking.

Organic Whole Grain Yakisoba Stir-Fry Noodles

We developed our whole grain yakisoba noodles to meet federal school nutrition guidelines and for ease preparing in large quantities. Our first customer was Portland Public Schools, where they were a huge hit with kids. Since then, our yakisoba has been served by more than a dozen Oregon school districts as well as in award-winning Portland restaurants including Oma’s Hideaway and Shizuku.

Yakisoba Sauce

A deeply flavorful sauce: a little sweet (as yakisoba sauce should be), with less sugar than its competitors, and a strong tamarind note that keeps it from being cloying. Our Yakisoba Sauce is vegan and vegetarian, made in Portland, Oregon, and contains half the sugar content of our competitors. Great for noodles as well as teriyaki chicken, tofu, and other stir fries. Unlike the retail version of our yakisoba sauce, our food service version includes organic ingredients but is not certified organic.
